The rankings were determined by analyzing 5.2 million citations received by 1.31 million academic publications produced by 562 universities in Indonesia, the popularity of 782 recognized alumni, and the largest available reference database.
EduRank evaluates universities based on the number and impact of scientific publications, research citations, and non-academic factors such as online presence and alumni prominence.
Unlike QS or THE, which rely heavily on reputation surveys, EduRank places greater emphasis on quantitative aspects. While the results can provide an objective picture of academic productivity, they do not always directly reflect the quality of teaching or the student experience.
